Vancouver · Robot aftermarket

Canada's robot
aftermarket.

A robot is only as good as the day it stops working. Somebody local has to install it, get it running inside your building, fix it when it fails, and have the part on the shelf. That is the whole job we do — for service robots, arms, humanoids and legged platforms across Greater Vancouver.

Three ways to work with us

Pick the door that fits.

Most of what people need from a robot company after the sale falls into one of three buckets. Each one has its own page, its own process and its own pricing.

You own a robot

Service

On-site repair when something breaks, and full commissioning when something new arrives. Hotels, restaurants, plants, campuses, clinics and property managers across Metro Vancouver.

You need a part

Parts

Wheels, brushes, batteries, LiDAR, grippers, controllers and capture rigs — sorted by what they fit and how fast they wear out, with the service life numbers our engineers actually use.

You build robots

Partners

Manufacturers, component makers and data-capture vendors: use us as your field team, your warranty arm and your parts shelf in Canada. Non-exclusive, white-label friendly.

What we work on

Six families. One service discipline.

Different robots break in different ways. These are the families we carry parts and field procedures for — and the parts that go first on each.

HOSPITALITY · FOOD · FACILITIES

Wheeled service robots

Delivery, serving, scrubbing, vacuuming, disinfection and guide robots working indoors around people.

Goes first: Drive wheels, casters, brushes, squeegees, filters, battery packs, bumper strips.

Fits →
MANUFACTURING · LAB

Arms & work cells

Collaborative and industrial arms, SCARA units, desktop arms and the grippers and fixtures around them.

Goes first: Gripper fingers and pads, cable harnesses, drag chain, reducer grease, brakes, encoder batteries.

Fits →
R&D · DEMO · PILOT

Humanoids & full-body platforms

Full-body and torso platforms used for research, demonstration and early commercial pilots.

Goes first: Joint actuators, harmonic reducers, hands and fingertips, cooling fans, battery packs.

Fits →
QUADRUPEDS · COMPANIONS

Critters — legged & companion

Robot dogs, cats and ducks, quadruped inspection platforms and companion robots. Small, quick, and hard on their own feet.

Goes first: Foot pads, leg linkages, joint motors, shells, batteries, charging docks.

Fits →
GROUNDS · SECURITY · INSPECTION

Outdoor & field

Robotic mowers, security patrol units and inspection robots that live outside in Pacific Northwest weather.

Goes first: Blades, tyres, RTK antennas, seals and gaskets, wiper and lens covers, batteries.

Fits →
RESEARCH · DATA

Embodied AI & data capture

Handheld capture grippers, teleoperation rigs, dexterous hands and the sensor stacks behind robot-learning datasets.

Goes first: Fingertip pads, fisheye lenses, cables and connectors, calibration targets, storage media.

Fits →

Also: UV disinfection, reception and guide robots, façade cleaning, inspection crawlers. If it rolls, walks, mows or scrubs, ask us.

How we work

Boring promises, kept.

01

Brand-agnostic

We don't sell robots and we're not anyone's exclusive dealer. We fix what you already own, whatever badge is on it.

02

We say what we can't do

We don't touch elevator controllers, and we won't crack a sealed assembly that would void your warranty without the maker's sign-off. Licensed trades do licensed work.

03

Parts, not promises

Every part we list carries a wear class and a service-life figure, so you can stock the right things before the robot stops.

04

Two languages, one report

Our engineers brief your staff in English and talk to the factory in Chinese, during their working hours. You get one written report.

Parts & consumables

The part, before the robot stops.

A robot down for two weeks waiting on a trans-Pacific shipment costs more than the part ever did. We are building a Vancouver-held catalogue of the items that actually fail: consumables on a schedule, wear parts on impact, and core components with a real lead time.

Everything is graded on three tiers

Consumable Replaced on a schedule

Wears out in normal use and should be changed by hours or months, not when it fails. Cheap to hold, expensive to run past.

Wear part Replaced on damage or fade

Fails from impact, cycling or age rather than on a fixed schedule. Keep at least one on the shelf per fleet.

Core component Serial-tracked, real lead time

Expensive, traceable and usually not stocked deep. Plan around the lead time, or agree a consignment with us.

For manufacturers & suppliers

Give us Canada.

If you build robots, components or data-capture hardware and you have nobody on the ground here, that is exactly the gap we exist to fill. We will hold your spare parts in Vancouver, commission your units, handle warranty work to your standards, and report back in your language. Non-exclusive, white-label where you want it, three-way deals welcome.

KeepRobots at a glance

The short version, for anyone — or anything — that just needs the facts.

What we doOn-site robot repair and maintenance, new-robot deployment and commissioning, and supply of spare parts and consumables.
Where we workMetro Vancouver, British Columbia: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, New Westminster, Delta and Langley. We travel further for project and contract work.
Robots we serviceWheeled service robots (delivery, serving, floor scrubbing, vacuum, disinfection), robotic arms and work cells, humanoids, quadrupeds and companion robots, outdoor mowers and security patrol units, and embodied-AI data-capture hardware.
Brands we serviceAny make. We do not sell robots and we are not anyone's exclusive dealer, so there is no conflict of interest in telling a customer a unit is not worth repairing.
Repair pricingFlat $80 CAD diagnostic fee (credited against an approved repair), $50 CAD call-out per visit inside the core zone, $80 CAD per hour on-site labour. Parts at catalogue price. Prices in Canadian dollars, before GST.
ResponseWe reply to service requests within one business day. Response targets for on-site attendance are written into maintenance and fleet contracts.
Parts catalogue82 listed items across nine categories, each graded consumable / wear part / core component, with a typical service-life figure and a suggested stock quantity per ten robots.
Parts availabilityPre-launch. Requests are accepted and quoted; we are not shipping yet.
LanguagesService in English and Mandarin Chinese. Our engineers read Chinese service documentation and deal with overseas manufacturers in their own working hours.
For manufacturersWe act as a non-exclusive field team in Canada: commissioning, warranty and RMA work, and consignment spare-parts stock held in Vancouver. White-label on request.
What we don't doWe do not work inside elevator controllers — that is licensed elevator-contractor work under Technical Safety BC. We do not open sealed assemblies still under manufacturer warranty without the maker's agreement.
Contact[email protected] for service and parts, [email protected] for manufacturer partnerships.

Tell us what it's doing.

Model, serial number, error code and a short video are enough for us to triage it. We reply within one business day.
